How can we have a meter without spending a lot of money?

Everything is very simple. The most dangerous of all this pollution are not cellular phones. Even if their signal is much higher, the time spent on the phone is much smaller than the time spent on the Internet. Wi-Fi signals are smaller, but the wicked habit of keeping Wi-Fi routers running all the time makes us smell more intense than cell phones do. This is true for those who have normal phone calls, not those who have the c ellular phone attached to the ear.

• To me, in the area where we work, 54 Wi-Fi networks with signals ranging from 0dBm to -80dBm were received before the measures taken to reduce the contamination. Some Wi-Fi routers were closer, others were farther apart. Besides, the idiot of mine, I also had two routers installed 1m from me and I'm convinced that I was in the maximum signal area. For the painting to be complete, after a while, I found out that another neighbor on my other staircase had my router 30 cm from where I was holding my head when I was asleep. So it contaminates me with a signal of 1mW/cm² (0dBm) 8 hours in 24 hours. Now I told you how I contaminated myself.

• However, I have to tell you that I was lucky with a Samsung Galaxy Tab4 tablet. She showed me that dangerous signal I was sleeping in.

• I started looking for a way to get clear information about these dangerous networks. They pump non-stop energy into you, and only your router can stop the broadcast, other Wi-Fi devices of your neighbors, you can not stop them because you do not have access to them. But still you can find the relatively safe area in the house where you can spend your time. It is where these Wi-Fi network signals are minimal. Ideally, all would be -80dBm.

• Let's stop talking. We've identified two programs, good enough to measure Wi-Fi networks. They can be found for Android-powered smartphones at: download Wi-Fi Analyzer for android smartphone, and for IPhone phones: download WiFi Advisor. Again, the optimal signal is below -80dBm, and the accepted signal may reach -70dBm. If you do not find areas where these signals are below these values ​​you will have to take measures to diminish these signals, especially where you spend a lot of time (kitchen, bedroom or workplace).

• Once you have done these measurements and found the place with the smallest and fewest signals, you have something to do and you will be safe even if your phone is in operation:
• 1. Close the three transmitters you can hang from your phone: Bluetooth, 4G (5G) and Wi-Fi .
• 2. Put the cellular phone in another room or as far away from you as possible or a family member.

• This way you will not spend money to buy sophisticated and expensive meters. It is surely built for the frequency domains that are contaminating you right now. Other devices in other frequency ranges are unlikely to emit in the area, and if the transmitters in your phone are closed, the likelihood of microwave contamination is substantially diminished.

• Unfortunately, many people underestimate the power of these invisible rays. Every human organ, near the transmitting center, the cellular phone antennae, will be more or less affected, depending on the degree of exposure to harmful radiation.
